Revisions: 2 free revisions of V1 site included
3. Payment & Billing
Hosting fees are billed monthly and begin once the website is delivered or hosting is activated.
Marketing system usage plans are billed according to the selected tier (Basic, Pro, Ultra).
You agree to keep a valid payment method on file.
All fees are non-refundable once paid.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business info, branding, and copy for your site.
Approve your site within a reasonable timeframe.
Not use our services for unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
5. Support & Revisions
We provide basic support and updates included in your plan.
Two rounds of revisions are included with your initial website design.
Additional work may incur extra fees.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime by submitting a cancellation request at least 5 days before your next billing date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if payment fails or terms are violated.
7. Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific business results.
We are not responsible for lost revenue, data, or damages related to the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
